Mr. John D Hermann, P.E. serves as the President of Arminius Consultants.  Mr. Hermann has over 30 years of experience in water, stormwater and wastewater engineering.

Mr. Hermann’s specialized technical experience includes advanced treatment technologies including membrane treatment, wastewater recovery, ballasted activated sludge, sequencing batch reactors, target pollutant removal, residuals reduction, high rate clarification, ultraviolet disinfection, etc.  

Mr. Hermann’s experience includes process design, production of design concepts/layouts and details, specification writing, procurement (bid strategy, public bidding, bid document preparation, bidder prequalification), project lifecycle cost estimating, and construction for water and wastewater projects.  Individual projects have ranged up to $125 million USD in value.

Mr. Hermann holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College as well as an MBA from Pace University.  Mr. Hermann graduated with a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University.
